I bought the Brazil natural beans and unfortunately the quality was very inconsistent. The beans had a wide variation in size and roast development, with quite a few underdeveloped/pale beans (quakers). Because of this the flavor was weak unless I increased the dose and ground much finer than usual. Even then, the cup tasted flat and lacked the sweetness or body I expect from Brazilian naturals. The beans were usable, but required a lot of adjustment to get a decent result. If the lot were better sorted or higher-grade, the cup quality would be noticeably improved. I hope future batches are more consistent because the potential is there, but this one fell short.

Kawa TANZANIA jest absolutnie wyśmienita. Wstaję rano i już marzę o kawce. Osobiście, lepszej kawy nie piłam. Idealnie wbiła się w moje gusta.
