2. What is the fastest shipping method? 
The fastest and safest way to ship our products is the INPOST courier. As much as 97% of our INPOST parcels are delivered within 24 hours of dispatch. And this means that you will receive the order placed by 13:00 the next day! Delivery times may be longer in November and December.

3. How do Inpost parcel lockers work?
Parcel lockers are a network of modern devices in which you can pick up your parcel at the time most convenient for you: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

4. Why can't I see my parcel locker on the list?
The list of active parcel machines is constantly updated on our website by the Inpost system. If one of the parcel machines is unavailable, it means that it may be full at the moment or a failure has occurred. Choose another one in the most convenient location for you.

5. What is DPD Access Point?
Access Points are conveniently located DPD partner points, such as a grocery store or gas station, where you can pick up your parcel at any time convenient for you. You don't have to hurry with the pickup - you have up to 7 days to do so. Just remember to bring your ID card to confirm your identity upon receipt.
