Using the shop
These terms cover purchases and electronic services at greenorigin.pl. Products and their characteristics are described on their product pages. You need Internet access, an up-to-date browser supporting JavaScript and essential cookies, and an email address for order communication. Unlawful content and interference with the operation of the shop are prohibited.

Ordering and the contract
Product information is an invitation to enter into a contract. Select the product, variant and quantity, add them to the basket, enter your details and choose an available delivery and payment method. You can correct your details and basket before submitting the order. The summary shows the products, price, currency, taxes, delivery costs and any selected paid additional services. Additional paid services require your express selection.
Clicking “Order and pay”, or its equivalent in the selected language, submits an order with an obligation to pay. The contract is concluded when you receive an email confirming acceptance of the order for fulfilment. Order details and terms are provided by email. Customer communication uses the selected shop language.
Prices and payment
Prices and currency are displayed in the shop and order summary. Consumer prices include VAT. The total accepted when ordering applies. PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cards, bank transfers and other methods are available depending on the currency, country, device and delivery service. Cash on delivery is available with eligible DPD and InPost services when offered at checkout. A method not shown at checkout is not offered for that order.
Bank transfer recipient: Green Origin Agri Kamil Adamek. Use the order number as your payment reference and pay the exact amount and currency in your confirmation. Use the PLN account for PLN and the EUR account for EUR. Do not send CZK to the EUR account; an order paid in EUR must first have its payable amount confirmed in EUR.

Delivery and collection
Delivery is available to the countries and addresses supported at checkout. Costs and estimated delivery times are shown before ordering. The standard message for eligible offers is estimated delivery within 48 hours; timing depends on product availability, route, carrier working days and payment receipt. Bank transfer orders are processed after payment is received; cash-on-delivery orders after acceptance.
The only personal collection point is Green Coffee & Croissant, Górnośląska 1, 62-800 Kalisz, Poland. Your order will be prepared for collection within 48 hours. We notify you when it is ready, including if it is ready earlier. Please wait for notification before travelling. The conditions applying to your order are included in its confirmation.
Withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of taking possession of the goods, without giving a reason. For goods delivered separately, the period starts on receipt of the last item. Send your withdrawal statement by email or post to the seller before the deadline. Return the goods within 14 days of withdrawal to Rajskowska 99, 62-800 Kalisz, Poland. You bear the direct return costs.
Payments, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, are refunded within 14 days of receiving your statement. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever occurs first. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method without additional costs. You are liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
Statutory exceptions include rapidly perishable goods, goods made to individual specifications and sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after unsealing, only where the requirements of the exception actually apply. See withdrawal information and the model form. Exceptions do not restrict your right to complain about non-conforming goods.
Complaints and consumer rights
The seller is liable for lack of conformity under applicable consumer law, generally where it becomes apparent within two years of delivery. You may request repair or replacement and, where statutory conditions are met, a price reduction or termination of the contract. Statutory conformity remedies are free of charge. Send complaints to green@greenorigin.pl or our postal address, with details identifying the purchase, the problem and the remedy requested. A receipt is not the only acceptable proof of purchase. Consumer complaints are answered within 14 days. Any commercial guarantee does not restrict statutory rights.
Statutory protections for qualifying individual business purchasers remain unaffected. Choosing Polish law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protection under the law of their country of habitual residence.
Help and disputes
Applicable law governs matters not addressed here. Consumers can seek assistance from consumer advisers, the Polish Trade Inspection or a European Consumer Centre. Information on alternative dispute resolution is available from UOKiK and the EU directory of ADR bodies. Participation follows the rules of the relevant procedure; these terms do not impose arbitration on consumers.
