Matcha Tea

Matcha is the highest quality powdered green tea. It is created from hand-picked and selected leaves of the first harvest which are shielded with bamboo mats 3-4 weeks before harvesting. This allows them to produce more min. chlorophyll and L-theanine. After harvesting, the leaves are dried and crushed into a powder.

Prepare your favorite matcha with us

Pour one flat teaspoon of matcha into your favorite mug, pour 100ml of 80 ℃ water and stir vigorously with a chasen until a thick froth is formed (you can also use an electric coffee frother for this). Then add water, milk or beverage such as almond milk.
